Strategy

“Strategy refers to the determination of the purpose (mission) and the basic long-term objectives of an enterprise,and adoption of courses of action and allocation of resources necessary to achieve these aims.”

 

“Strategies are the means by which long-term objectives will be achieved.”

 

Strategists:

Strategists are individuals who are most responsible for the success or failure of an organization.”

 

Strategic planning is the managerial process of creating and maintaining a fit between the organization’s objective and resources and the evolving market opportunities.”

 

 

“Market-oriented strategic planning  is the managerial process of developing and maintaining a viable fit between the organization objectives,skills,and resources and its changing market opportunities. The aim of strategic planning is to shape the company’s business and products so that they yield target profits and growth.”

 

Marketing Strategy :

“ The marketing logic by which the business unit hopes to achieve its marketing objective”

    hi sir i have facing a problem.pbo is that the notes u provide on blog are not in sequence.i realy find it dificalt to collect notes.i dont understand from where to star and where to end.i hope u will solve my pro.thanks a lot .if i say some thing wrong than just forgive me respected sir.
