    hi sir ,

    a few things are confusing me  alot regarding the may 15th symposium.

    first we donot know who is working on which corporation for sponsorship,the status is ambiguous.

    there is no coordination between teams who are seeking sponsorships.

    thirdly ,we do need to discus the event in class,specially the sponsorship issue ,this would help us share views and ideas and also people would come to know the current status.

    more over we would stop working at cross purposes,
